What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

• Reservation form: name, phone number, email address, rental dates, pickup and return location, delivery address if you ask for delivery, and any message you add
• Contact form: name, email address, phone number, the vehicle you are asking about, and your message
• Valuation form: your contact details plus the details and photos of the vehicle you want to sell

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not build a profile of your browsing.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, confirm and manage your reservation, prepare a rental or sale contract, and comply with our legal obligations as a vehicle rental business.

The legal basis is the performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request before entering one), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who can see it

Your data is stored in our database hosted by Supabase, and the website is served by Vercel. Both act as processors on our instructions and store data within the EU where that option is available.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.

We may disclose data where required by law, or to our insurer in the event of an incident involving a vehicle.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.

Reservation and contract records are kept for as long as required by Spanish tax and commercial law, generally six years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You can also ask for it in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email us at Vzivadin@hotmail.fr. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

Security

Access to reservation data is restricted to authorised staff accounts, and traffic to this site is encrypted in transit.
